Track crashes the game when it tries to check for changes for changed files, or when it gets to the track after clearing cache.

yup same here. When extracting the zip to a folder to see if that will help Winzip errors saying the zips corrupted

I'm getting a bad zip file offset error when extracting from the zip.

i downloaded it and put it in my mods folder but when i went to rigs of rods the track wasnt there. how do i fix this?

You would have to convert the terrain from the old format to the new format.
