Custom Toronto 2019 1.0.1

5 Screenshots

About This File

**Both 0.38 and 0.4 Compatible!**

Here is my first completed track!

Since Toronto didn't have a show this year due to renovations of the Rogers Centre, I figured I'd make a custom track. Using the standard 2019 track layout as a base I made some changes including an extra backflip ramp, a triple, and a few extra things.

Be sure to comment and let me know what you think!

Special thanks goes to:
ABGamerX - for sending me the Rogers Centre file
RockCrwlr(?) - Original stadium model
MaxDMan - Dumpster/Tire models
RockCrwlr - Crush car models.
Plus any others I forgot to mention in here!

Why would you release a track when it isn't .4 compatible

To be honest I didn't know that it would be that big of an issue. I've just uploaded an updated version (pending approval) that includes a 0.4 compatible version.

I mean not trying to be rude but like the fact that it is in the ROR 0.37 Content>Tracks doesn't really help your question 99%. I mean yea more people use .4 now but still kinda not helping your case.

Personally I think it is great. Although the ramps do look like the actual size of the trucks(no offence). Try to maybe scale them down to a reasonable size maybe?

Mini-flip is 10/10,other creators should learn from this.

The mini-flip is as tall as the truck, its just a real back flip with tires on it.

Not bad for your first completed track. I'd recommend for future reference to make sure some ramps line up straight and not curve to the right or left such as the one in this screenshot:unknown.png

If I need to edit a cross thread, then I do 1 of the 2 following things: rotate it back to the original 0/90 degree angle then edit them there, or I only edit them along the z-axis since editing them along the x/y axis is tricky on an angle.

Also, the paint could use some touch ups in a few spots. And when you use these backflip dumpsters, try to export them as a separate mesh file and put it on the track as a non-collidable object and put a wall that's either JUST inside the dumpster or a wall that's transparent, since the dumpsters can grab onto your truck if you hit them the wrong way.

Thanks for the feedback!
I was getting tired of painting so got kinda lazy 😂😂. That is really good to know about how to edit cross threads and backflip ramps.
I may have to send you some more PM's in the future about making non-collidables lol.
