Whirlwind 1.0.0

Well, this is quite a bit different from the Whirlwind that I came to know, but I like the improvements (I assume you can figure out who I am based on my username).

Hey, ummmm i just wanted to say that the Truck doesnt show up completely i mean i have the Monster Energy Pack and its the same thing like the Monster Energy Trucks the Tires appear white and the parts that connect the swaybar and the axle to the Tires arent there so i dont know whats up with that hope you can help me out anyway Peace Out and yeah P.S. The Monster Energy Trucks do the same Thing

This truck is designed specifically for version 0.4.6.0, so if you have a different version that may be why.
