Isn't there multiple leagues? Surely their not in EVERY league.

Ok, so I want to start competing in sim-monsters leagues. But, I can't make my own truck from scratch. I've tried. I just can't. So I took "River Rat", changed the tires and did my own custom paint job on it. I also changed the name to "Swamp Donkey". So what I want to know is, since I completely changed the paint job, name and tires, could I use that truck in leagues? (Also, can anybody tell me why I can't post pictures? I was going to add pictures of the truck now, because it looks totally different and I wanted opinions, but EVERY TIME it says "You are not allowed to use that image extension". I'm pulling my hair out here. I tried 5 different image hosting sites and I tried forum links and direct links but every single freaking time I get that same error.)

Almost...how do I extract something into itself?

Ok, so I got RoR .37, I've downloaded the V4 pack and some tracks and everything works perfectly. However, when I tried to download some cool V4 Custom trucks and replicas, and I put them in the "packs" folder, they would just crash the game when I tried to spawn them. Then I read somewhere that you're supposed to put the files that are in the truck's .zip into the V4 .zip, and then clear the cache. So I took the trucks I downloaded, moved the files in their .zips into the V4 .zip, cleared the cache and started the game. However, when I reached the truck selection screen, it was showing me terrains instead of trucks! I can't use the game at all now...what in the world happened? How am I supposed to import V4 trucks?? Am I doing something wrong? Help!
