How to do a chrome paint?

so im trying to do a retrofoot and its ready but it looks like the paint on the real truck its chromed, i think that i need a spec paint but i dont know how to do one

there is no chrome other than the front grill and bumper, but for the body, it almost looks like a flat pearlescent (?) metallic look to it. For that, you would just need to make your base png the Bigfoot blue, then your shine a lighter blue shade of blue.

as for the chrome on the grill, you just need to make sure in your spec texture, that the grill texture isnt darkened at all. I know theres a tutorial on it around here in the help sections that covers this. It's where i first learned
