Grave Digger is owned by FELD and copyrighted to them since Dennis sold the name to them

This game is towards Monster Truck Entertainment's Monster X Tour, not FELD's Monster Jam

EDIT:

This also includes names like Maximum Destruction, MADUSA, Advance Auto Parts Grinder (Soon to be Boy Scouts of America) and those trucks

I'm a bit skeptical seeing as how there's no official announcement from ODD Games about it yet.

But in all honesty, if it wouldn't be open source to future updates a la Minecraft, then I wouldn't get it.

That's not what open source means. Only use words you understand.

Secondly, looks interesting.

Thirdly, Makes me wonder who owns the monster patrol name these days

Fourthly, This is actually a really good promo for monster X, brilliant move on their part.

It looks good to me in the video so I'll definitely be getting it.  Physics look a lot better in this version than the android and ios ones.  Also it's cheaper than what I paid for MTM 1 and 2 when they came out so the price isn't bad at all.

Yeah, open source means that the source code is open for anyone to modify to their own desire. Linux is open source, Windows is not.

Meaning you can change anything inside the coding of the game to your liking, considering if you know how? Interesting.
