How to make rear engine truck in front

Nope. You have to re-position the engine in Blender. You can however just move the steering wheel. Open the .truck file in notepad, scroll down near the bottom to the section with all the .meshes, and look for the line just above the "flexbodies" line that says something like "28,25,9, -.27, 0.5, 1.23, 0, 90, 45, dashboard-GraveDigger.mesh GraveDiggerSteeringwheel.mesh 0, 0.04, 0.16"

The last 3 numbers (0, 0.04, 0.16) can be used to change the position of the steering wheel. The wheel itself (GraveDiggerSteeringwheel.mesh) can be changed to whatever wheel you have. If you want to get rid of the wheel put a semicolon in from of the first number, like so ";28,25,9, -.27, 0.5, 1.23, 0, 90, 45, dashboard-GraveDigger.mesh GraveDiggerSteeringwheel.mesh 0, 0.04, 0.16".
