Lighting help

So, I've done everything I can to replicate the sweet lighting settings from this video, but I just can't. I've played with the light source settings, graphics settings, shadow settings, nothing. If someone could explain to me how to get the lighting to look like that, I'd appreciate it soooo much. Or if you feel like explaining this yourself Will, that works too

Change sky type to Caleum in the configurator then you can change the time of day. I believe it's + and - on the numpad and you can hold shift or control to accelerate the time movement speed.
