DannyMackey Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) The first ever Play-Off Series held by SSRS in 2013 crowned Johan Seminario the Overall Points Champion, and early on, he is the top contender for this years title with his Double Down performance in Open Air Field, the first Double Down ever by any Play-Off Competitor. His work payed off, giving him 93 points in the first event and a solid 18 point lead ahead of second place. This week we are moving into a smaller venue in TR Stadium. Originally the third Play-Off event in 2013, it held ground to the last freestyle win for Julio Vellon Jr. in his run for the Freestyle Points title. Back now for another chance at redemption, he is already on his way, as he shared a split win for Freestyle at Open Air Field. He won last week with a 43, only leaving him 1 point over second place, and a tie with Johan Seminario for the lead. The second event of the SSRS Play-Off Series will be the turning point between the contenders and the competitors. MAJOR NOTICE CONCERNING ALL COMPETITORS! This allows for anyone that is already signed-up for the league and is of any rank. You may qualify during the same session as everyone in the Top 16, but will be of a lower priority if needed.
