Well here's the mine and ORL's last stadium event for Season 2. Had fun making this one especially. The track runs as any other So-Cal course would. Credits: Danny Mackey (Models, Textures, Paints) Klayton Halog (Textures) Mark Colineri (Models, Textures) Sim Monsters (Models, Textures)
  2. League's hosted outside of Sim-Monsters do not count towards rankings.
  3. 2 posts above you just took Hurricane Force...

  6. Here's a copy of the Season 1 Schedule (you should already know this from the Rule Book) so that anyone who hasn't yet seen it can get an idea of what's to come. 7. Rules have been update based off of what occurred in the pre-season events. Not many updates, so I'll re-list the important ones here: Only going to have 3 judges from 1-10 instead of 4. In case of a tie in freestyle, the highest in overall freestyle points is given the win. (All points are the same, just the tally win is determined) There will only be tie breakers in the season debut, play-off debut, or season finale debut. The points links have been updated to fit one spreadsheet. There are multiple sheets within the file for all the series'. All races are timed for lane choice each round. Jacksonville, FL event will be switched with El Paso, TX. (Both are Chicago Style) Hope you guys look at the rules again. I can tell how many people have re-downloaded. And if there are any issues downloading, message Johan or myself on Sim-Monsters or AIM, and we will send you the rule book in a different format.
  8. If I do, I'd get the PS4. Not fanboy-ing or bandwagoning. I just absolutely hate the privacy or lack there of in the Xbox One. Plus the game sharing rules they have in place.
  9. Looks like Monster Jam is doing a partial live streaming of East Rutherford this Saturday. Not sure when Monster Jam will post the actual article, but I received a Newsletter Email. http://www.monsterjam.com/monsterjamlive/ Seems to have a banner up on their page.
  10. Sweet, I can celebrate my birthday by playing with the new pack!!!
  11. Sorry, was playing around with the formulas. Was seeing if I could get individual points to carry over to team points, but I don't think it's possible.
  12. Here's the full points spreadsheet. There are Overall, Team, Play-Offs, and Regular Season Finale Points in each sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqHQ413h8YkDdGFQTzhhLTRUYXlUZHVMa19ULU1CUkE&rm=full#gid=0 Here's another spreadsheet. This one is put together for each individual event, so there is much more detailed information provided: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqHQ413h8YkDdFFpemtHb0JVZkdHWFRrWUdnc2w3QWc&pli=1#gid=4

  14. This isn't the sign-ups thread. The sign-ups thread is here: http://sim-monsters.com/index.php?/topic/5033-ssrs-season-1-individual-sign-ups/
  15. Tyler, not sure if you know or not, but you are a gold driver. Can't tell if you were posting silver because of the truck's rank or not.
  16. Truck: Grave Digger the Legend AIM: danny.mackey Name: Danny Mackey Rank: Gold Reason: 2 event wins in Season 2 (Anaheim freestyle and Tampa racing)2 event wins in CFMTS (Double Down at Redmond)1 event win in KOTH World Finals 7 (Freestyle)2 KOTH points wins (KOTH World Finals 7 and Wildwood)
  17. Event just started. Get ready everyone. SIGN-UPS ARE NOT OPEN.
  18. Well I do remember some random brainstorming for ideas once. Happened to write them down: - Fully Fledged Breakables. o Fuel limits. o Pit Party with scrolling stats and breaks for qualifying. o Brake pad sparks o Smoke o Between race performance assessment. o Slow tire deterioration (2 years) - Budget League. o Contracts for single truck over multiple seasons. § Trade options for other trucks/money/parts. o Self maintaining points system. - Semi-Auto Ran Races. - Event Runners are USHRA Officials in-game who have to run to the truck to check truck. o Fully modeled responsive drivers who get out of truck after run. - Built in video recorder. - Driver Bios o Stats § Win/Loss Record · Racing · Freestyle § Double Downs § World Finals Double Downs § Events Ran § Seasons Ran § Points Series Won (Racing) · Racing · Freestyle · Both o Player Rankings: Rookie (Just started), Young Gun (High ranking rookie), Semi-Pro (Has been racing for a while, not major racer), Pro (Has been racing for a while, is a major racer), Legend (Racing for a long time/major racer, mod, admin, tr?ck maker, event runner) - Deteriorating tracks and obstacles. - Game Modes o Freestyle § 2 min, 1 min 30 sec, free ride · Option to add freestyle cars, vans, busses, and RVs to track o Racing § Practice w/ timer § AI system · Easy. Medium. Hard. Legend. o Online Multiplayer § Freestyle · 2 min, 1 min 30 sec, free ride o Option to add freestyle cars, vans, busses, and RVs to track § Racing · Practice w/ timer · One Vs One · Winner Stays · Bracket o Single Elimination (Greater than 8 trucks) o Double Elimination (Less than 8 trucks) o Training § Tutorials · How to Race o Checkpoint Training System · Freestyle Tips o How to do moves § Donuts, Wheelies, Air Brake Technique, ect. Most of this is probably damn near impossible or unneeded now that I look at this again, but whatever.
  19. No, but there is a points bonus for the winning team.
  20. Well the time has come to get the SSRS started up. Sign-ups information has been covered before in full and you can read about it here. You should be pretty aware of you ranking (Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Rookie) and should be able to post you reasoning for your rank. Gold Trucks: - Has won: o League events (5 or more overall) o KOTH points wins (more than 2) o Point series (any) o Has at least 1 championship from a season finale Silver Trucks: - Has won: o League Events (3 or more) o KOTH points wins (any) - Finished in the top 20 of any points series Bronze Trucks: - Has raced in multiple seasons - Has raced in special events - Consistently races in events. Rookie Trucks: - Anyone who is interested in racing. A blank sign-up for everyone to follow: Truck: AIM: Name: Rank: Reason: When properly filled out: Truck: Grave Digger the Legend AIM: danny.mackey Name: Danny Mackey Rank: Gold Reason: 2 event wins in Season 2 (Anaheim freestyle and Tampa racing) 2 event wins in CFMTS (Double Down at Redmond) 1 event win in KOTH World Finals 7 (Freestyle) 2 KOTH points wins (KOTH World Finals 7 and Wildwood) Please properly fill out everything or your sign-up will be deleted. A full list of sign-ups can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13SpEoprdGZDI8_U137HhPxwYbSHCoP3F7MSg19J4Duw/edit If you cannot access any of the documents, message either Johan or myself and we will send you a text copy. Sign-ups open officially open Friday, May 31st, 2013 immediately following the last pre-season event from San Diego. Get your sign-ups ready. This thread will be unlocked at the beginning of the event and the top the next half hour following the event will start sign-ups. If you have any questions, please PM Johan or I on here or AIM. MROR POINTS DO COUNT, BUT ONLY THE TOP TEN IN POINTS WOULD BE SILVER.
  21. Ok guys, as many of you may want to do; there will be teams for the SSRS. Teams will be no bigger than 4 trucks. Teams are based around average performance each weekend. Points will the overall average of you teams points per weekend So 4 trucks is the overall in racing and freestyle for all 4 trucks added together and then divided by 4, with the same for 3, 2, and 1. And in trying to keep realism at the forefront, teams are based off of touring partners and race teams. So don’t expect Grave Digger and Bigfoot to be on same teams any time soon. Now to make things as easy as possible for when you want to find your teammate we put together all the touring partners and racing teams from the first quarter of this year. You can check it out here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqHQ413h8YkDdG9rei10QmFMd2RXRGwwdGxNbzNFZHc#gid=0 All the trucks are colored by rank as well. Now since trucks like Grave Digger have far more than 3 other teammates, you can team with any or all of the partners, forming a team no bigger than 4. Also, since trucks like Madusa and Monster Mutt won’t be flying off the shelves, if no one selects you touring partner, you may team with any truck(s) that are FELD if your truck is FELD or independent if your truck is independent. With there being a lot of Bigfoot trucks that all run different schemes, only the 6 current trucks may run. These include: - 19 (Speed Energy) - 18 (Summit) - 15 (E3) - 14 (Bad Boy) - 11 (Miss Bigfoot) - 10 (Summit 2011) The way teaming will go for these trucks are as follows. When you sign-up for a Bigfoot truck, you can choose to run multiple schemes. The trucks are already partnered up for when you choose. The trucks are put together as follows: - 19 (Speed Energy) & 18 (Summit) - 15 (E3) & 14 (Bad Boy) - 11 (Miss Bigfoot) - 10 (Summit 2011) From here you may either team with any other Bigfoot or any other independent team. There will be a separate sign-up sheet for teams shortly after individual sign-ups open. Feel free to start thinking of names for your team. Also feel free to post any questions if you have any.
