Blacksmith (One of my favorite trucks, always will prefer it over Captain's Curse)
Bearfoot (Does Plecker run it? Haven't been following monster trucks lately)
Monster Patrol
Bulldozer
Reptoid (For all the jokes, I still think it's a cool truck)
Taurus
Executioner
No Problem!
That Rio Tinto Stadium show wasn't officially a "Monster Jam" event technically.
I'm guessing it was a Live Nation produced show that the soccer club or stadium did the marketing for. Looked like it had a decent line-up & good track.
Just have official judges telling those fans to pull up those scorecards. Basically just upgrading their seats and giving them a better "experience" of how it actually works. If I remember right there was a couple years where they had that.
Pardon my ignorance since I'm not going to the World Finals this year, but where is the line-up for the show right now? Not a big fan of how Feld has updated the MJ website this year at all.
My days of sim racing are over for the most part haha. I am just glad to win a racing championship 5 years ago, who knows where I'll end up in 10 years.
I am glad to see PPRL and another MTM2 league make it's way over here. The professionalism and attention to detail can not be underestimated with how a lot of MTM2 league owners did with their leagues. Would be nice to see more progression in this simulation because I still play the game offline a decent amount when I get the time.
Hoepfully what Tom said about the RII's after the truck is flipped over is true, I thought it was pretty ridiculous how long they were letting trucks just sit and chuck along flipped over.
Cars at monster truck shows are way overblown, I don't understand why people get so flustered about it when they're going to be flat after 5 hits anyway. I mean yeah I'd like to see a few more busses and vans once in a while, but dirt is the way to go.
AMP Live Events disaster of a stadium show and Special Events in the middle of the summer doesn't exactly set the bar to get good attendance, it'll be fine in the middle of January
Supercross is going to University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale next year (can't remember where I read that, I think the MT fans group). Have to imagine Monster Jam is going there as well instead of Chase Field.
I'm not gonna lie, I understand why they have the dreads on Knucklehead, but that's pretty disappointing from that picture, not a fan of it at all. When I seen the mold, thought it would look more like Wild Thang/Ozz Monster
Not gonna lie, I do like the sponsor trucks out there, but I wouldn't mind seeing Monster Energy GTFO temporarily after the guy in front of me last week in Vegas
Eh, NASCAR's looked pretty damn fixed or manipulated lately.
#MMJ and FS1 Series are a step in the right direction. I don't like the sounds of this team format, but I'll wait and see more details. I think the closest thing to a "team" race or points format is a constructors/manufactures championship that's really been legitimate.
