  5. Show Your Project Chapter 61

Blender died so I'm borrowing my friend's computer for content making for a while. Scrapping some older projects and focusing on the ones I've been dead set on for a while. Finals are rapidly approaching so don't expect much more from me, but this is what I managed to accomplish halfway through my 3 day weekend.
  6. SMRA East Tour S4 R4: December 29th, 2017

I'll probably make this week since I'm not getting bogged down with school work.

  8. Grave Digger 12

    Version 1.0.1

    330 downloads

Background: Grave Digger 12 was the 14th variant of the Grave Digger monster truck (counting the red panel and blue/silver grain truck). It was built in 1996 in Kill Devil Hills, NC at Digger's Dungeon. It had a much longer wheelbase than any other Grave Digger, setting it apart from the 8 other short-based (3 were not actual monster trucks) Grave Diggers. It was driven by Dennis Anderson all through 1996 to 1999, and with it, he won the USHRA Championship in 1999. With the introduction of the Grave Digger 7 rebuild in 2000, Grave Digger 12 was passed down to Gary Porter, while Dennis campaigned in Digger 7, with which he won the first World Finals Freestyle Championship. Gary Porter ran this Digger until 2010. The final show was in Wildwood, New Jersey. Shortly after, the chassis was revived and ran as Grave Digger the Legend, driven by the late Tony Farrell (rest in peace). After this event, the chassis was officially retired and has never seen another show since. Requested by @Skyliner849, I figured "Well this will be interesting." This is the only Digger I'll have under my belt for a while, as me and most other people are getting tired of seeing Diggers all over SYP. The truck isn't 100% accurate, but I'd say it's a fair 95%. The only major flaws I'd see are the dashboard and the shocks. And trust me, the paint looks better in game than in the thumbnails. THIS HAS BEEN TESTED IN 0.37 AND 0.4 TO BE STANDALONE. Credits: Me - Paint edits, body finishing, prop placement, chassis overhaul, assembly, rims, driveshafts, swaybars Blaise - Sponsor plates, shocks, original driveshafts, flag, node/beam setup TheBostonRag - Original paint FernBurn - Shockshafts, hydros, 4-links?, original swaybars, a few other things I may have missed SM - Props Harlow - Body Anyone else I may have missed. Please PM me angrily if you are outraged at your outcast of the credits, and I will happily add you.
  9. Art Thread

I've been on a Deftones kick and it inspired me to break into my new sketchbook sorry for poor quality pic
  10. Got a Question about SMRA? Ask Here!

Ah, I see, thought we were using all custom tracks.
  11. Got a Question about SMRA? Ask Here!

Are the track downloads going to be available before each event or will they be included with each sign up thread?
  12. ROR Version

Most people use 0.4.6 on here, and the version of 0.3 was 0.37.126.
  13. Hockey Thread

Flyers are pulling the same routine, start off the year on fire but then get trash come mid-season. This is why we can't have nice things.
  14. {Truck} Eradicator pack

    Chassis is a J&B.

  16. Got a Question about SMRA? Ask Here!

0.4.6 and 0.4.7 run different protocol versions (2.37 and 2.38 respectively), which is why the legacy servers were moved to Rigs of Rods's website and they gave 0.4.7 separate servers. Also why the servers aren't cross-compatible. Considering this is a major change I don't know why it wasn't included in the changelog.
  17. Show Your Projects Chapter 60

Little demo of a very familiar project.
  18. Music thread

Just heard about this myself... Rest in peace.
  19. Show Your Projects Chapter 60

Got Matt's revamped SMRA ride done, and it's on it's way to SMRA approval shortly. Probably gonna remaster the original paint as well and post it another time. But yeah, not dead. yet
  20. Hot Wheels 2002

    Version 1.0.3

    611 downloads

Background: Hot Wheels debuted in 2002 at the World Finals 3, and made it to racing Round 2, driven by Eldon DePew. Hot Wheels would've made it farther in the race, but crashed at the apex of the turn and lost to Blacksmith. Hot Wheels ran the same general paint until 2005, debuting it's second most popular look, first being Team Hot Wheels Firestorm, debuting in 2013. This is the only Hot Wheels not to be made on Sim Monsters. This was a request, but also fills my own desires, as this completes my Hot Wheels truck collection. Place in your V4 pack for the truck to work. Credits: Connor Richardson - Original truck Kozak - Chassis Klayton - Tires Me - Paint editing
