I am planning on hosting a fun run two weeks from now and I was wondering how to make a server? Can anyone tell me?

My family only has two computers, a Desktop and a laptop. I mainly play rigs of rods on my desktop but I wanted to get it on the laptop so my brother could play it with me. So I was trying to create a truck for sim monsters *DUH*. I was watching a you tube vid and the guy said " I have a chassis and body I was working with. If you don't have one go to sim monsters scrap yard and get one" So where is the scrap yard?
