This is one of my best tracks so far. I used Alpha Splatting on this track to make it cooler, and I think it came out pretty good.
Because this is alpha splatting, I can't just resize a texture and make a material file. So, if you experience low FPS on this track, go into the Arlington2015.material and Arlington2015FS.material file, search for CBSdirt.png and in that section of the material file:
{
receive_shadows on
technique
{
// base pass
pass
{
lighting off
texture_unit
{
// we use the metal plates texture as the base, other textures are blended over it
texture CBSdirt.png
scale 0.07 0.13
}
}
// leaks pass
pass
{
lighting off
// blend with former pass
scene_blend alpha_blend
// only overwrite fragments with the same depth
depth_func equal
// alpha map for the leaks
texture_unit
{
texture Arlington2015Floor.png
// use alpha from this texture
alpha_op_ex source1 src_texture src_texture
// and colour from last pass
colour_op_ex source2 src_texture src_texture
}
// detail texture
texture_unit
{
texture leak.png
// the scale is set to 1:1 because we don't want this texture to be tiled
scale 1 1
// alpha blend colour with colour from last pass
colour_op_ex blend_diffuse_alpha src_texture src_current
}
}
// lighting pass
pass
{
ambient 1 1 1
diffuse 1.05 1.05 1.05
depth_func equal
scene_blend zero src_colour
}
}
}
Raise only the red bolded numbers but be sure to always keep the ratio the same (A 6 number gap between the numbers)
This will work for anywhere in the material file that you see CBSdirt.png or CBSdirt2.png.

Big thanks to @Edyfor helping big time on the textures for this. His work really helped transform the track.
A couple disclaimers:
-This track will probably suffer on performance for some of your computers. Turn off shadows and lower your settings to improve FPS. If there is a large demand, I may consider adding an FPS version.
-Some of the truck background graphics came from Steel Titans
-Some of the models, such as the lights and speakers came from CGTrader and Turbosquid
I hope you all enjoy this track

Let me know if there are any problems with the model or the textures and I'll get it fixed.

THIS TRACK WAS A COLLABORATION BETWEEN ME AND @Edy, WITHOUT HIM, THIS TRACK AND STADIUM WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE.
After a week of sending a blend file back and forth, Edy and I have finally finished our version of Ford Field. To christen the new model, we decided to recreate a classic show, Detroit 2009.
Let is be known that this was truly a collaboration, both Edy and I have numerous hours of work in every part of this track, from the stadium to the obstacles.
I hope you all enjoy this track that @Edy and I worked really hard on.
Here is a more detailed list of contributions for this track:

Well, the first Holiday Havoc ran back in December of 2012, and it is back for a 2nd year, except this time it is being ran by Dylan Bernier! The tricky racing style and huge obstacles are bound to throw even the more experienced drivers for a ride they aren't expecting.

Another stadium model for you all to make some amazing tracks in.
Credit goes to @maxdmanfor the lighting structure above the stadium as well as some textures
This model also uses some textures from @RockCrwlr
I have included a collision mesh on the second layer of this blend file, here are some instructions on how collision meshes work.
Please also note that this model uses UVTex as the uvmap name. You will either need to use the same map name for your other objects or join the stadium together and rename the map.

YOU WILL WANT TO USE A COLLISION MESH ON THIS STADIUM. I HAVE INCLUDED ONE IN THE 3RD LAYER OF THE BLEND FILE. EXPORT THE COLLISION MESH SEPARATE FROM THE STADIUM AND MAKE SURE YOUR ODEF FILE LOOKS SIMILAR TO THIS:

You will need Mopar Magic Custom 2.0 due to the fact that a few part such as the axles and shock shafts are taken from there.
If for some reason you actually want to run this in an event, Funruns are fine, leagues, please ask before signing up in this, I would rather have this as my personal custom.
If I forgot any textures, meshes, credits, etc, make sure to mention it to me.
Enjoy!
