Doomed User Posted July 31, 2018 Share Posted July 31, 2018 Download either paint.net, GIMP, or Photoshop from their respective websites. Open the texture image in one of these programs and paint over it to your liking. Follow the cloning tutorial on here under the tutorials section so it doesn't overwrite other files.
