0.4.6 has died

with the recent release of the 0.4.8.0 dev build multiplayer for .4.6 has been disabled. 4.8 doesn't play nice with tracks so 4.7 is all we have even with the odd handling.

tracks don't work in 4.8 because the .4 converted tracks have missing files it calls for

4.6. is not gone for good. We can still play offline, but online servers ceased entirely on earlier .4 versions to encourage people to move to the newest versions of ROR.

title is extremely misleading, PUBLIC multiplayer lobbies have been taken down for the newer version, PRIVATE servers work just fine for 4.6

very sorry. i was wrongly informed that private servers don't work.
