Water

I have read about how to put water in the terrains/tracks and I have a question. Can you put water in a dip at the top of an obstacle like they do for kohler in Vegas. I have an idea for a custom track that involves having water above the floor and the only ways I have seen to do it so far would have my whole track flooded. The only way I can think to do it is to crate the part I want water in and import it into the track I want it in but I don't even know if that's possible.

Basically I want to put water only on the top of an obstacle and no where else.

Not sure if it can be done, your best bet is using a very nice water texture for it.

Alright is there a way to make a top layer to an obstacle with a water texture and set it up where the truck tires go through it giving the illusion that the tires are under water? I believe I've seen it done on MTM2 somewhere but can't remember which track.

There must be a way because Parts of the Russian Mud Terrain map have water spots up in the hills. Maybe try asking over at the main ROR forums,
