How do i get the normal brutus to change to the 2011 Brutus?

Ive tried everything to get the brutus from the v3 pack to change to the 2011 brutus, but when i do everything and go into the game and select brutus, it wouldnt be the 2011 paint sheme!!! This does this to me to max d and avenger to. Can somebody help, i rlly like brutus and its new paint sheme.}

did you put them in the V3 pack and regen the cache ?

i have the folder, but the truck doesnt have the new paint sheme, it only has orange wheels.

add the files from that into the V3 pack, you have the pack update correct?
