Nathan Weenk still drives, but he is more like a fill-in driver, like Chad Tingler. His last show was back in Mexico of 2013.

Are you sure? I know that Linsey competed in Monterry and Mexico City.

I'd like to start a list of retired/passed monster truck drivers starting aroound 2008. I'm also adding the trucks they have driven minus fill-ins and World Finals trucks. Sorry if I added someone who shouldn't have been. Feel free to add any, so far I have:

Sky Hartley = retired from driving, came back as a Grave Digger 30th Anniversary Zone technician/hauler driver, got to drive Nitro Hornet in racing in Phoenix, then retired overall for 2014

Guy Wood = retired

Phil Foster = retired from driving, pretty sure he still helps with Dan Rodoni though

 Actually, Chris Lagana is also like Nathan Weenk, he's called in to do fill-ins, like in Tampa 2013 when he drove Monster Mutt Rottweiler for Rod Schmidt while Rod drove Grave Digger for Dennis, who wasn't able to be there

Even though it doesn't mean that he or Nathan are fully out of retirement, I guess you can consider them partial.
