New handling physics for Leafer packs # 1& 2

[Taurus Racer 13]

Both Leafer packs have been updated with new handling physics with about 1/2 less bounce for better control. I think its going to make the trucks a little easier to drive and that makes it more fun but they still have just enough bounce to be called a leafer , so let me know what you guys think and please vote on the packs if you like them.

Handles very well. Very comparable to some of the stand alone leafers that have been released, but i think they could do with a bit more bounce than they have with these new settings.

Taking away from the bounce completely negates Leafers being Leafers. They should bounce on the verge of being uncontrollable.

I was told that they were way to bouncy. I guess i took the wrong advice,  i will add some more bounce back and update them in a couple of days
