DannyMackey Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 As the second part of SSRS's first double event weekend, we move into Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Quebec for a long St. Louis style race course. Designed by Edy Beltran, this track should give the more technical drivers a chance to show their abilities as jumps are close, and the race course is a bumpy ride. In making the Preseason exciting and worth running for everyone, we will be offering a special incentive for everyone running. The Overall Preseason Points winner will receive first truck selection before sign-ups open. While they will have to pick within or below their rank, they will be given the first pick before anyone else. Hopefully this will help make the Preseason more than just a few fun-runs before the Regular Season kicks off (May 29th by the way). Lastly will be the event format (which will be constant throughout the Regular Season). We will be following the Fox Sports 1 Championship Series format, obstacle course, racing, and freestyle. We will be running 20 trucks, with the top 8 racing, the next 8 in the obstacle course, and all 20 freestyling. I will be sure to cover all information in detail during the Driver's Meeting before the event.
