My best work so far, pretty happy on how this turned out.

Many other people i can't remember.
Has working RII Lights and Headlights, to turn the headlights press "n" and to turn the RII Lights use "CTRL + (1 for static red) (2 for static yellow/orange) (3 for blinking red) (4 for blinking yellow/orange).
IMPORTANT.
The smoke on the dirty avenger got taken off but you can add it:
"Paste this under the exhaust section in the .truck file.
102, 101, 1 tracks/mtheadersmoketest1
115, 114, 1 tracks/mtheadersmoketest1
-Then add mtheadersmoketest1.particle (its in the truck's zip) to the particles zip in the resources folder on the location wherever your RoR is installed,
in my case is C:\Program Files (x86)\Rigs of Rods 0.38\resources\"particles.zip".
After that the truck should spawn and have working smoke without issues, oh and you need the particles enabled for them to show up".
ALSO
If sounds don't work, try putting the .soundscript files in the config folder.
IMPORTANT!!!
If you and another person are not being able to see each other in multiplayer, take the particle files off the zip. After doing this you should be fine (Thanks to Danny and Julian for finding this out)
