I'm completely new to all this as of 2 weeks ago, RoR and sim-monsters. I bought a brand new HP desktop recently and ended up discovering RoR, so I have version 2020.01 fyi. I've downloaded the v4 pack, several different old and new trucks/truck packs, and a lot of tracks. So my issue is not figuring out how to get trucks or tracks, these are the issues I'm experiencing:
Trucks without tires, trucks without bodies or chassis, extreme lag trying to load a truck (to the point it crashes the game), trucks seeming like they're floating on the track, some trucks just not working at all, tracks glitching (which I'm assuming is common), if and when the truck loads iyou can hardly play the game the FPS is so bad, and few other issues I cant remember as of now.
The most recently made trucks seem to be the ones with the most issues thus far, but don't get me wrong the older downloads have the tendencies to do the same things. I prefer the newer trucks though because they handle so much better and don't roll over every time you make a turn or try to spin a doughnut. Plus they look so much more bad ass obviously. I just really want to enjoy all this monster truck simulation to its full potential.
If I continue to have more issues pop up I'll post another forum or respond to someone whose willing to help. Im just reaching out to see if any has experienced these same issues or has any solutions or tips. Thanks!
