Bob & Marilyn Chandler's BIGFOOT #4, built in the summer of 1984, debuted at the New Orleans Superdome in 1985. It was the first monster truck to use planetary axles and the first to perform a wheel-standing sled pull. Late in the summer of 1990, John Piant took #4 for one of the most spectacular rides of either his or the truck’s career in Nashville during the famed “BIGFOOT Bash”. Running hard to keep up with the more advanced trucks in the field, it ended up landing on top of the concrete dividing wall between the lanes of competition, virtually destroying the entire suspension and drive-train of the truck in what is arguably one of the most destructive non-rollover incidents in the history of the sport. Although BIGFOOT #4 was in a near constant state of evolution, in some ways the wreck ensured the prolonged service life of #4. The crew at BIGFOOT immediately set upon repairing the legend, specifically the frame and cross members. New wheels, an entirely new suspension, and at least one completely new axle had to be fabricated for the wounded warrior. Rather than adhering to convention, the team eschewed the traditional leaf spring suspension logic and set about creating a “hybrid” suspension that would incorporate more of the nitrogen shock technology. 7. Still a WIP but far enough along to debut a teaser image I suppose. Only just started on the paint, need to finish that up, then do the rims and finally work on figuring out how to do its iconic bed tarp after that.

This truck was designed as a stand-alone addition to the LF4 Leafer Pack. Destroyer was a series of Freightliner monster trucks owned and ran by Mike Welch. The truck had no suspension at all and relied on its tires to absorb impact. It debuted in 1986 and was rather dangerous to drive. After movie producers saw Mike performing this truck at a show, they gave him a deal to build two new trucks for the movie Rolling Vengeance. Destroyer was cut up in 2008, when Mike cleaned up his property and scrap metal prices were high. The Trucks Includes 3 variants with 2 different driving settings for each. Destroyer 1 Destroyer II Martin's Feed Classic Settings Classic settings were designed to feel how driving Destroyer would really feel like. Its a big heavy machine with unwieldy proportions. It drives really rough with its short wheelbase and no suspension. Destroyer1 weighs the most of the three since it was largely a show truck with lots of decorative pieces and working lights. Destroyer 2 had some weight savings and thus is a bit lighter. Martin's feed went even farther with the weight savings and is the lightest of the 3 variants. League Settings For competitive leagues. These settings set Destroyer to the LF4 standard so it can be competitive. All 3 variants have the same weight as the trucks in the LF4 pack and also have the engine turbo enabled. This makes Destroyer significantly faster but may still be difficult to drive with its unusual weight distribution, wheelbase and lack of suspension. Commands Equipped with rear steer. Press "W" to change Differential options. Destroyer 1 and II have working headlights. To turn the headlights on/off, press "N". Destroyer 1 has working roof lights. To turn on press "CTRL+1". Destroyer 1 has working ground lights. To turn on press "CTRL+2" A hitch node is included in the node-beam, so that it can be used with the pulling sled. The hitch node is located on the the back of the frame (node 56). To use with a pulling sled, use the mouse to drag the chain on the pulling sled to the hitch node (press "K" to show the nodes if needed), then press "L" to lock the chain to the hitch. When finished, press "L" again to unlock the hitch. 9. Take it down with a steam hammer Destroyer - 1, II & Martin's Feed.
I had to re-watch the show to remember just how tight this turn really was at the time, it was tough to make for almost everyone at the show. You absolutely nailed it! Incredible work! Scaling is perfect for the new leafers and even pretty fun with v5.
  10. No idea which one you're looking for but there is a High Voltage is in Taurus Racer's Leafer Pack 3
  11. For the update, there is a bug in the site. Mods can't approve updates right now. Been that way for awhile actually. As for the submissions, I'm not a mod so I don't know for sure, but I'm going to guess that either you didn't properly credit your work, didn't include screenshots or the submission was low effort.
  12. Sounds like you need to change the length of the replay. I think it defaults to something hilariously small (200). Try the max, 9999,
  13. I had gone through and fixed some of the more important older trucks that still looked OK by today's standards (like wambos No Problem, Bigfoot 10/11, Boogey Van, etc) in a pack that isn't on SM. https://www.mediafire.com/file/csajw5m6bfzkpno/Rebuiltv4pack-v1.3.zip/file I think someone else had actually continued this pack after I stopped working on it too but I don't have a link to the higher versions of it. Anyway, sounds like you're planning on going much farther than I had ever gone with this idea (I definitely never changed out node beams). I'm all for more rebuilt trucks! Feel free to use what I have already done in your pack too if it helps save you some time. My only concern is that a lot of these older trucks have awful bodies/paint or they already have a new v4 version built of them. So, I'm not sure that going through and updating everything is worth your time.
Great stuff! So much easier to use than the original Box5 sled. Only issue is the sleds crash RoR if you remove them or reload them.
  14. You wouldn't be the first person to have this idea but making trucks can be a time consuming and difficult process. Especially when you're talking older trucks with fewer reference images and lesser used suspension types. Besides, most of the main PENDA trucks have already been built in some form. Just recently, some of the earlier and more obscure PENDA trucks were released: This includes, Tropical Thunder, Night Life, Above-N-Beyond, UFO, American Gladiators and Gun Slinger. A similar Bear Foot Racer is in here too but I don't believe it ever ran as a leafer in PENDA. Wambo built Extreme Overkill and Nightmare II If you're talking PENDA, you probably want Bigfoot stuff. While Bigfoot is certainly not well represented here, the PENDA variations were made awhile back by Swegliner Taurus and Monster Patrol are other big names in PENDA. Sweg has us covered when it comes to them too. This also has Don Van Loo's Magnum Force which was on the PENDA tour. DiggerFan built AVKK. The famous 91 Snake Bite is here, well known for its crashes during PENDA: A repli-custom Carolina Crusher III which won the 1991 PENDA championship is in this pack: Lastly, some older trucks were built here that don't work any longer like Wambo's No problem, Wild Foot and Big Foot 10. An updated version is included in this pack: https://www.mediafire.com/file/csajw5m6bfzkpno/Rebuiltv4pack-v1.3.zip/file If you look at more recent downloads, anything marked as MTP might of interest. They're modern takes on older trucks for a league which was run and there were some penda trucks included in the lineup. Theres other stuff around too that I didn't include on this. There still some stuff missing of course, but it depends on the year you're looking for.
  15. Yessir! I had a pretty long list of trucks I wanted to make going into this and that list is still quite long. Plus, 4 trucks actually got cut out of this pack early in development so maybe they'll come back in the future.

Promotional video can be viewed here: https://streamable.com/xr2wex It's been just over a year in development with multiple iterations, but work has finally completed on the LF4 Leafer Pack! Special thanks to everyone who helped push to make this project the best it can be! The idea of this began as a simple extension of the previous leafer packs but it grew in size and scope well beyond that! Now, these trucks are equipped with a realistic node beam, realistic handling, relatively accurate sizing, high quality parts and more! The three biggest goals of this pack were to build quality trucks which had never been done before in Rigs, make leafers which are fun to drive and to build as many trucks as possible. With quantity being a primary goal, some sacrifices were made to speed up build time so these aren't 100% replica accurate but they're not too far off! The Trucks This pack includes 31 unique trucks! Grave Digger #5 Goldberg Leafer Display Buffalo Tremor 1987 4 Wheel Crazy 1988 Master Of Disaster 1988 Bounty Hunter 1988 Liquidator 1988-1991 Texas Tumbleweed 1989 Bear Foot Racer 1990 Ecology's Eliminator 1990-Present First Blood 1990 Iron Eagle 1990 Night Life 1991 Clydesdale 1991 Tropical Thunder 1991 UFO 1991 Above-N-Beyond 1991 The Wrecker 1991 Invader 1991-1992 GunSlinger 1992 Reptoid 1992-1993 Predator 1992 (Thunder Nationals) Keystone Krusher 1992 American Gladiators 1993 Maniac 1994 Monster Mash 1994 Muscle Beach 1994 Problem Child 2009 & Jacobs Supply (present) Chopper Monster Copenhagen/Skoal Crusher Inbounds (Custom) Commands All trucks are built on DiggerFans Leafer Node Beam. The hitch node is located on the the back of the frame (node 56). To use with a pulling sled, use the mouse to drag the chain on the pulling sled to the hitch node (press "K" to show the nodes if needed), then press "L" to lock the chain to the hitch. 17. Been a long build, but I think its finished and the download for the 2022 Leafer Pack should be posted soon™! In the meantime, here is a promo video: https://streamable.com/xr2wex Unfortunately streamable doesn't embed videos here and YouTube didn't let me upload it. So you'll have to click on the link. Sorry!
  18. Kinda went dark for awhile on this. Been working on completely re-doing the textures on all the trucks in the pack the last few weeks. I got fed up with managedmaterials (they look so bad in the recent rigs version) so I moved 95% of the textures into material files. It was worth it, but it took awhile. Also fixed up some bugs with some trucks. Actually extremely close to release! All 30 trucks are done, just need clean up a few more bugs and do some beta testing. Anyway, y'all are here for pictures. I don't think I ever showed images of Liquidator so here is both 1988 and 1991 versions. The final 2 trucks which were built are in the back, Copenhagen/Skoal Crusher and Iron Eagle!
