They can't be used in ROR, since they don't use meshes, materials, or .truck files. Some SUV paints can be compatible with ROR, but you're not technically allowed to do that unless you get permission. No one who's permitted their work be on the mod is against it, because you know, they permitted it. The guys over there had some crediting and permission issues way earlier in the mod's life, but they've gotten all of that straightened out since then.
