How to turn on Replay mode on rigs of rods versions 2020.01 Because I haven't hard time with it,  I need help to turn on Replay mode?

for in-game: simply press j

if its not enabled, then go to settings, general, and make sure the replay mode box is checked

The J button works in mines, but it can't go forward & back.

if your just using the left and right arrows, its slow af. but if you hold shift while pressing the arrows, you'll see it rewind or fast foward

Hm, in that case. I don’t know what else to tel you, I think replay is prob broken, since I’ve tried everything to get it to work.

I have the same issue with anything newer than 0.38, it basically just makes J a big pause button from which I cannot figure out how to rewind and go forwards. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Found a solution to the problem, in the 2020 update of RoR the replay mode was moved to Ctrl+J and J now pauses all physics. 
However, there is still a conflict with the input.map.

 

If you go into your input.map, look for 

COMMON_TOGGLE_REPLAY_MODE      Keyboard             EXPL+CTRL+J
COMMON_TOGGLE_PHYSICS          Keyboard             J

 

Then replace it with 

COMMON_TOGGLE_REPLAY_MODE      Keyboard             CTRL+J
COMMON_TOGGLE_PHYSICS          Keyboard             EXPL+J

 

Replay mode works with Ctrl+J
I would also recommend going into the settings from the main menu and changing the replay length as 400 is very short.
