DannyMackey Posted November 20, 2020 Share Posted November 20, 2020 Last time out Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL was host to a unique Chicago style track with two huge berms and two backflip walls. Racing was challenging and even saw some wild results, including Brandon Adam flipping his truck in the same race Tyler Richmond red lit, leading to Andrew Sheets getting a bye run into the finals. There Sheets faced defending winner from Detroit, Trevor Amos, who was able to take his second consecutive racing win. The freestyle competition saw wild leaps and incredible crashes, with Mark Colineri in Wicked Willys making his season debut, going first, and holding the lead for most of the night. It was in the last few runs that saw Trevor Amos, Josh Gajewski, and Tyler Richmond all stack up 45 point scores, but it was Brandon Adam who was able to pull out in front with a 46 and secure his second freestyle victory of the season. This week will be one of the most challenging of the season, as two shows will be held on back-to-back nights, starting here in New Orleans with one of the largest floors of the season. With a large starting table top, and tight turns, racing should be a battle of speed and control. Meanwhile the freestyle track is going to be a challenge with an enormous center stack and variety of obstacles to keep these drivers on their toes. Will Trevor Amos tie Brandon Adam for consecutive racing event wins or will we see someone else take home a trophy? Can Tyler Richmond take back his freestyle points lead from Brandon Adam?
