it says i am not permitted to download any files

i restarted my computer which is what someone said and it didnt work. i am signed in and everything and i havent been downloading a lot of stuff either. can any of you help me?

You might have downloaded the maximum amount of files for a day. Guests get 5 downloads per day, Normal Members get 25 and donators and staff get unlimited. You may have also been shadowbanned somehow.
