Raising Ride Height

Hey guys, lately I have been messing around throwing random parts on to "make" a truck. The only problem with it is I don't like the fact how low it sits and looks in game. I was wondering how you can adjust ride heights while in the .truck file? Thank you!

The "1.0's" are the ride height settings. I'm pretty sure they are adjustable up to the thousandths place.

so the very number is for the ride height and that is it? Would say changing it to a 1.1 have a drastic difference if it as adjustable to the thousandths?

if you were to change it to like 1.05 you would see the back end and or front end would be alot higher if you set it to just 2.0 it would be way to hight but if you lower it i would do something about 0.9.

Yes. Just play around with it. I don't remember what the numerical limits are as far as changing it, but if you go to high or too low, it will crash your game.

So, I was able to get the ride height adjusted, but I have two problems.. #1, the chassis and body raise up, but the shocks stay at the same height making the body and chassis out of line. #2. The truck leans too much while turning and flips easily

Ignore the untextured shokcs, kinda just screwing around with different options.

That's what happens when shocks are not positioned correctly, meaning they are not using the correct nodes.....I think. It's been too long i can't really remember

Is there also a way to adjust the softness of the shocks?
