Just a few hours ago I've downloaded and upgraded to 0.4 from 0.38.
Currently trying to just drive around and get used to it on some 0.4 tracks I've downloaded but there is no spawner that I have found. I have checked FAQ forums and other discussions on here but have not found what I was looking for. Am I missing something that is right in front of me or do you have to put in a spawner yourself?
