MonsterJam2008 Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Looking to get a new rig that will last 3-4 years, so far here is what I have found: AMD FX-8350 8x 4.0Ghz Radeon HD 7970 3Gb 4x 4Gb DDR3 ram Gigabyte GA-970 AMD Motherboard I plan on using my old power supply, tower, sound card, etc. Shooting for sub $800. Also does anybody have an opinion on how the future looks for pc ports since AMD is in all 3 counsels using x86 architecture. I hope this means better optimized ports on AMD hardware.
