Are there any release dates on the first couple of the championship series tracks like Houston, tampa, Indy, etc?

Are there any release dates on the first couple of the championship series tracks like Houston, tampa, Indy, etc?

Edy made Houston, Aaron made Atlanta, they're both out already.  I know Edy made Tampa but I'm not sure when or if he is releasing it

when I go in game to chose the track there is no fs version what do I do

when i join the game my trucks disappear as in i cant choose a truck. help? 

The track doesnt appear in the map selection
