have you unzipped it to someplace like your desktop then tried moving it?

already set up pretty well just got to get use to it. Just unzip then move to your RoR Config folder and rename input so it replaces the current input file in the folder.

But when I plug in the controller nothing happens, i put in a setup and it works but I don't have working rear axles and the steering is too sharp
