    v4 not working

    So I downloaded v4 and I saw someone say that it's meant for ror .37 so I downloaded it from here and the game works but when I put in v4 in the packs folder and tried to clear and regen it didn't let me. And when I put it in .38 it works but not all trucks have there tires and a couple crash my game. Does anyone know why it does this or can anyone help.
