no its not on.... the one thing that is irritating is the slow steering

hey i got a few questions... i've watched a few videos online and I see that the acceleration and steering rate is ungodly but when i play it feels like it takes 4 days to turn or get going.... any help?
i'm new....

dont think i could figure that out but when i start to steer i'll push the left button and it would take forever for the tires to turn that way
