I keep getting in games with people who do not have sim monsters what should I do to get put in servers with you guys please help 

everytime i download a v4 custom or rep my game makes this beep and like freezes am i not putting in the right file or what really could use some help greatly appreatchiated also would like to now how two change the sound on some cars i do not have the note pad or what ever plz coctact me on here or my imessasge/email: gr81.jose@icloud.com
