My aim is the thetruckguy12. Also, what kind of tracks are they? I'm not super experienced and I've never tried a track with more designy things - like flames and such. But I do know how to paint using paint.net and I've painted some personal custom tracks before. By texturing do you just mean applying textures in Blender?
