I have no idea what is happening

My computer recently had a problem so I had to backup my files to a previous time. So I decided to just re download RoR and all the trucks and tracks that I need. I only put V4 in my vehicles and now I have v3 trucks and the pack, and other singular trucks. I was wondering is there a way to see what file RoR is pulling the vehicles out of. Either that or my PC is haunted...

Basically I need to find the file RoR is pulling the vehicle files out of and delete it.

Sometimes ROR somehow finds files and stuff that are left over from long times ago

I... I don't get it. I just deleted every source of ror from my PC and its still finding these files! I need to dig deeper.
