Ps3 Controller causing bluescreen

Well when after i install the motioninjoy driver that allows you to use your ps3 controller and try to use it my pc bluescreens, it blue screens every time i try to put the setting to duelshock 2. It only happens with the ps3 controller. any thoughts on why it is blue screening?

No Clue Dude, It should Show up as a DualShock3/sixaxis (USB), then select Play Station 2 or Xbox 360 Emulation.

Does it say anything when it happens? My old xbox controller had some faulty wiring after being dropped a couple times and causes my comp to bluescreen.

all it does when i try to set it at duel shock 2 it says a lot of text in blue screen and then shuts down

doesn't seem to affect my pc's perfromance though, although the chord does get twisted a lot.....
