Anyone know how to move the cameras.... the in truck view is too low for me

it's the num pad to move the camera's.

alright, go into whatever .truck file and find this:

cameras
28,25,9

cinecam
-.18, 2.06, -0.008, 5, 8, 23, 27, 3, 21, 14, 33, 80000, 1000
i'd suggest not touching the cameras numbers (IDK what they do)
the cinecam is basically the way it positions the camera in First Person View. you can edit it to your likings.
