Missing Parts on Fern's trucks (.4)

Right so got .4 working, everything situated except whenever I pull up one of Fern's trucks (and a few others, such as the newest Crusader) the knuckles, 4 link bars, and shocks don't appear:
 

I know I must be missing the parts from a truck, but not quite sure which one

I'm on 0.4.7.0 and the shocks knuckles and 4 links appear just fine http://imgur.com/a/Sw4hm

What other trucks do you have in your folder? Because I'm betting one of them has those parts in it

Tried Doomsday, nothing. All the other trucks are older than Scooby
