stadium making/modeling

ok so i need some help im trying to model my first stadium it will be a custom but dont really know how to get started wanted to do  a stadium with the glendale style red zone or us bank stadium side sections where they had the trucks parked this year to use as the pits  and a BIG floor  as well as wanted to do a version with a roof and one with a retracted roof anyone have any insights or tips that could help me im completely new to doing stadiums and wanted to try

sketchup is always the answer

well im using blender and i dont even know how i would use sketch up

it was a joke, most sketchup users use google maps and place a bunch of random parts to make the image look 3D

but it involves downloading sketchup pro and exporting it to .obj and importing it and resizing it and blah blah blah.
