Season 2 Ranking System

Well as we enter 2014 more and more information regarding Season 2 is going to be announced. To start, the updated ranking system will be posting here so everyone can get ready for sign-ups. Until the first quarter ends, a list of the trucks with their rank will not be available, as we decide the trucks rank mostly by its success from the first quarter.

Platinum Drivers:

• Has done any of the following in the following leagues: SM S1/S2, SSRS, ORL S2/S3, MROR S3/S4:
  • Points Series Championship
  • Season Finale Champion
• Has done any of the following in any league:
  • League event wins (10 or more overall)

Gold Drivers:

• Has done any of the following in any league:
  • League event wins (7 or more overall)
  • Points series championship (any category)
• Has done any of the following in the following leagues: SM S1/S2, SSRS, ORL S2, MROR S3/S4, ROR-MTP, SMRA, RTR:
  • Has at least 1 Championship from a Season Finale
  • Finished in the Top 10 in the overall points division.

Silver Drivers:

• Has done any of the following in any league:
  • League event wins (3 or more overall)
  • Points series championship (any category)
  • Has at least 1 Championship from a Season Finale
  • Finished in the Top 20 in the overall points division.

Bronze Drivers:

• Has done any of the following in any league:
  • ​Multiple seasons ran
  • Multiple special events ran
  • Runs events consistently

Rookie Drivers:

• Everyone else

 

Leagues are only those that have been held on Sim-Monsters.  These include; Season 1, Season 2 (Replica Series and Custom Series), any Sim-Monsters KOTH event, ORL Season 2 and 3, MROR Season 3 and 4, RTR Season 4, ROR-MTP, SMRA, RORMD, DJMR, CFMTS and/or IDS.  Fun run and special event wins DO NOT count towards any of the criteria listed above.

 

If you meet any of the criteria listed in any rank, you qualify for that rank.  When sign-ups open, you will be responsible for posting your rank, and proof of your rank.  Just list out your accomplishments, don’t worry about typing out an essay about what you've done in Rigs of Rods.

Also, just because you may be listed as a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Driver, you may choice any truck listed in lower ranks.  And if anyone has questions regarding anything listed, ranks, trucks in a specific rank, ect. message Johan or I on AIM or Sim-Monsters.

Along with the new rankings, the Play-Off Series drivers will be given a bonus for their final results. We will be changing driver's ranks as such (Drivers mark as red are moving up in their rank):

Moving to Gold:

These are from the Overall points results.  Also, as these are posted now, these people are not locked into these ranks, they can still progress forward to a new rank.

After being told this, leagues that aren't currently running such as IDS and CFMTS are still on the website but are hidden to regular members, so we will be counting any league win to any league that has been hosted on Sim-Monsters.  The ranks will be updated with these leagues as soon as possible.

Alright, for everyone to know, Danny and I were able to retrieve, all the winners, from the CFMTS, and IDS, events. This mean you ARE allowed to use this 2 leagues for event wins. Anyone who tries to use these leagues, for a win, and its found out to be a lie, will be treated with an appropriate consequence relative to each situation.
