I can see the image but nobody else can?  What am I doing wrong?

Star Marshall is a Star Wars themed Monster Truck that debuted in 2011 and retired in 2014. I saw this truck once and never again. The time I saw him was at the same show that I watched Chalkboard Chuck. I only remember seeing him in the pit party and that's it.

I need some help with rigs of rods. I have 2 versions, one that is a newer 0.4 and a older 0.38.60. The older on is the one that's having problems because in I touch the config file it says this:
