First I would like to say I know this is really nothing at all, but after a year or even more break and a new computer. I finally finished installing and getting everything setup as far as Blender 2.75 goes. (Everyone runs 2.49b or 2.65 as far as I know) so it did take a while. Also took a bit to re-learn pretty much everything. So I got a pretty nice and smooth ramp made and got the exporter to finally work. So nothing big as of now but know im coming up with something good.

(My graphics are all the way and these print screens make it look terrible.. is that just me or?)

I know this is a really old topic, but maybe we can get some updates?

Okay so i went to the super dome yesterday to watch monster jam, it was a really fun event but the 2 wheel comp can be taken away. it was pointless because only about 2 trucks made anything happen. Freestyle had a few big wow factors but about 8/14 ended earlier with "mechanical issues". and what happened to encore after the time is out??? every truck just stopped once clock hit 0. Also HATE the fan judging system. Was very fun for a free ticket tho.

Well after a long break, getting use to LSU and figuring out poo financially, i am back. I just bought bigger and better computer and now get around 150-250 fps while playing, but my main reason for making this is to maybe get back into track making. and yes, not every one will be a custom world finals. When i left, i was using blender 2.49b and baking and using photoshop and all that fun stuff. I was wondering, is there an upgraded version of blender or even another program people are using to make tracks/content. I wana get involved again and any help would be appreciated.

I just go a new computer and am trying to get back into playing as the college life is super boring. I still have my controller but the download is broken on the website. Does anyone happen to have it?

Well I have a few projects on my PC that i want to finish up and release, but once those are done, im going to be completely done with Ror.

Yea i get on SM but no longer use RoR. Actually I lost all my projects about a year ago and that is sadly long gone

the ios will never get an update sadly

This is a seperate post because im going back on topic, 

So ive been digging and ive found tons of old projects that id like to finish and get released. I made this for someone and i forgot who by now but imma get it exported and tested since i opened the file and its textured. hopefully nothing is wrong so i can get it released.

yea i took his beta imported it into blender, then went along and redid every jump and didn't use any of his jumps. then it turned into a big deal so for freestyle i just did it custom since me using his racing to make my own was a big deal. using someones stuff to guide you to make something shouldnt be a crime. but thats in the past. so yea edy if you wanna use klaytons then you need to get it from him. 

EDIT: are you sure thats my model because i never remember you painting it for me? i have my own paint on it

Is this request for another one of my CWF? If so you may never know. I havent been working on anything for about 6 months but i do have a few unfinished projects that i wanna finish before i completely leave the game.

I think its a great and will get people more interested. i mean i lost interest and havent touched the game since june. havent touched blender or anything. if we update id probably play again, but as for me, i am kinda done with ror. just the time isnt there, and if i do have time, i dont wanna play ror

Ok well about a year and a half ago i posted my Grizzly 700 on here and was excited because i had just got it. well i sold that and bought a 2012 Honda Foreman 500 4WD with 20" Light Bar, 2 5" speakers, Radiator Relocator, 1500lb Winch, 28" Mega Mayhems with 14" Rims, Snorkeled and i think thats about it. yep i love this thing, it will make it through anything.

I actually converted one of my custom world finals to .4 and it wasn't just a piece of cake. You have to make many new files and write the text yourself. Its not "hard" but not easy. This was about 6-8 months ago so it might have changed, i haven't touched ror since.

Look i started a few years ago when sketchup was a thing. I was on ALL the time trying to get better. Then blender became a thing and i moved to that. and i started out just terrible. I got better from Custom World Finals 1 to whatever one i released last. yea i pretty much only did world finals but whatever. the reason i got away from making things is because everyones tracks got better and mine just was the same old same old. Id ask for some pointers and id get "mess around with Photoshop/Blender, thats what i did" so id spend hours just clickinng and trying everything. looking up things. nothing really helped my tracks. So id ask whoever if they can help me more in depth, well everyone would say they would and it would never happen. so then i just simply stopped making stuff, and i barely even come on the site anymore. I dont even have RoR anymore, just blender. If you guys are finally willing to help, id love to get back into making stuff. I dont have as much time anymore because i grew up a lot. (Job, School, Driving, Etc) but i do still have some time every now and then. 

Im glad you guys are doing this, makes me think there is a future for this site again.

Andrew and Edy, how in the world do you have time for all this stuff, I mean it looks AMAZING but it is crazy to see that every 2 days i get on this site there is always more than one new project by the both of you. by all means though keep up the good work.
