  1. This is a fun run I am putting on for a very good friend of mine. He will not be competing but he will be announcing this fun run. He needs some practice as he will most likely soon be announcing a real monster truck event. I only need 8 people for this fun run and I already had some people in mind to help me with this but I just wanted to give some of you other monster truck lovers the opportunity to be apart of this and get the chance to hang out with a real monster truck driver/announcer! We are using NON-FELD TRUCKS!!!!! I am not sure what time we will start as he lives in Washington State which is pacific time, so expect to possibly start this fun run really late if he happens to not be available at an early time. If you have plans or need to go to sleep early then do not sign-up. I will however try to get a time soon but this fun run will be today. YOU MUST HAVE SKYPE TO HEAR HIS ANNOUNCING AND TO TALK TO HIM AND I!!!!

    Please sign-up like this...

  3. As of working on the floor, I do not know exactly how to go about doing that unless you are already working for a monster truck team. I am only 16 and I have already worked with two independent monster truck teams. That would be a perfect place to start! Don't always try jumping into trying to travel with them either. First maybe try doing volunteer work at their shop. Trust me, you learn A TON more at the shop then you would at an actual show because there is not that sense of having to rush to get things done quickly before show time. You would have more of a chance to explore the different pieces of a monster truck and how it all works, and after volunteering in the shop a lot then thats when you can maybe try helping out at local shows when they need it. The more you help, the more you get noticed by a lot of big teams. I remember when I was in Tacoma just doing work for Roger Stidell-just a small time independent-and I was approached by Adam Anderson himself and he told me to keep up the good work and to never give up. It might not seem like your doing much at first but people DO notice, even the big wigs. Another helpful tip is when you are at a monster truck show and you see a team working on something, always jump in and try to help them out even if you don't know them. Never really ask if they need help either. Just go in and start giving a helping hand and if they don't need it they will tell you. But that will definitely help you A LOT with getting noticed and getting you a job in the industry. Also if you are worried about age, I can definitely tell you the only issue I have had with that is at Monster Jam. Usually at a Monster X, local fairs, or anything else don't have strict age requirements. If you plan on traveling away from your local Monster Jam show to other Monster Jam shows, try to ask the event director (Randy Smallwood etc.) at your local show (New Orleans) if you can get a form that your parent or guardian can get sign and NOTORIZED (<------ Remember that word) so that you will be able to get automatic access on the floor of a Monster Jam event. But also keep in mind that if you are allowed on the floor, and get a wristband it still doesn't mean you have full access. Normally when you are under-aged you cannot be on the floor DURING the show. You can only be down there before, between or after shows. Plus one of the newest rules for feld is that drivers are allowed only ONE guy per truck. So when you get out on the floor at first, you might not get full access. I have been to many Monster Jam shows and I was given full access only ONE time. But like I said, if you were at a non-Monster Jam event you should not have this problem. This is nothing against FELD or Monster Jam but I am just telling you what I have been through. Getting on the floor is not hard if you have someone on the inside that already knows that you are coming. Usually at a feld event there is a guy or gal by the back tunnel that sits at a table and is the one who is responsible for giving drivers, volunteers, etc. their wristbands. If you are under-aged but have a NOTORIZED form by your parents and someone on the inside (Maybe the person/team you are working with) to confirm that you are not just a "fanboy" then they should give you a wristband. If you do not have a NOTORIZED form then they will let you in ONLY if you have a parent or guardian with you to sign you in. That is all of the knowledge I have to get you started. If you have anymore questions or need more advice you know how to get ahold of me. I hope you are able to reach your goal!

  4. It is amazing to me how seriously some people take this game, I wonder why there are so many secrets involved in this game too. Sorry to get off topic again but it is a bit ridiculous, not all of you do it, but a big part I do not understand is why do some people make a truck or track, show it to everyone knowing someones going to want it but then not share it and get mad at people for constantly asking for he or she to release something. I know it is annoying for some but what is the point of putting time into something and not sharing it for everyone to use? I know if I made something I would share it. I guess I understand if it is a work in progress and you dont want it out until it is done.. for example the v4 pack but I hate how I am personally given something special not to be publicly released yet which has happened a lot and I am told I can't share or tell anyone that I have it, or if someone else is given a special truck and I can't have it. Why can't I have it? I respect you all but I still do not understand why. I am not talking about anyone specifically. But it does happen and I think it is kind of strange. It is just a game and we all should all contribute to it and instead of keeping secrets or allowing some people to have certain trucks but other people cant why cant we all work on building this community together instead of just a small group of people? Some of you won't understand what I am trying to say and some might take offense but oh well. Just think about the request forum, I look through it and MAYBE 2 or 3 of those requested trucks have actually been released. Some are requested and made but then not released because some of you just like to keep things to yourself. I guess I am not one to talk but I just view some of it as stupid. You might think this is my way of trying to get you or convince you to release your projects to me but no it is not. And I know a lot of you say "Well make your own truck if you want it that bad" Well some of us try and can't. We are not all capable of doing it. I have tried A LOT to make my own trucks and tracks and I understand it is difficult. Some of us can't because of the free time we have. I barely have time as I am on the road with a monster truck team almost all of the time working and fixing TWO trucks that almost constantly break or need improvement. So just think about it and maybe quit keeping so many secrets from this community because I KNOW there are stuff in this game being hidden for no reason at all except that the person just doesn't feel like sharing and it is absolutely childish. Also on the deal with what RKM said, it is a shame some people don't want to make or release stuff because of criticism. IT'S A GAME! I had someone honor a specific request of mine and spend 3 HOURS making it. I loved it! But it was recently shown on here in this forum and was heavily criticized for things that shouldn't even matter. It will never stop happening unfortunately but just appreciate that it was made for once. I was even told specifically by someone that is VERY skilled at making trucks that they don't like to release replicas anymore because of the stupid criticism for every little detail. It sucks because this forum needs more replicas and now that is one less and probably more less people making and contributing. Like I said I would and still will try to contribute but I have a lot of real world monster truck stuff to deal with... Now... Back on topic.

    BACK ON TOPIC GUISE.

Very nice Roach! I am going to show this to Trav and Ty when we work on the trucks Monday. They have played with the original DT that you released and have enjoyed it! They would be glad to see this one!

  5. Roach, I love it. Only thing is, yes The Captain is more of a crew cab style. And also, if you could, the frame that connect the hood to the roof is a bit more slanted than that. Looks AMAZING however. As a Washington boy, thank you for doing Me, Preston, Tyler and Travis justice and making us proud!

YES SIR!!! And I still appreciate you releasing Double Trouble!!!! I have always wanted to see that truck playable in this game and you made it possible!

  6. This will be a replica of the 2013 show so pick from these trucks...
