How do you add the Mods with out Errors Popping up?

What do you do with v4? I tried to open it up and it says that it is invalid. Thanks for your help! -
I am able to use the terrains I downloaded, but non of the trucks. I put them in the pack folder and it says Not Found. How can I correct this?
