I mean we do really know. We could all tell a day before it happened that that wasn’t a frontflip setup. There’s even a couple seconds of footage in the 2016(?) Monster Jam preview of Tom driving towards a ramp with a metal kicker on top. The frontflip ramp sits on flat ground. The truck underrotated the frontflip anyway, getting the front wheels higher with a dirt ramp would only make it worse.

That ramp was made for Cam to backflip off of. He said it was planned and the ramp was built accordingly.

Have any of you actually bothered to look at the area around Metlife? There's plenty of places to have the pit party. Hell, they could probably use the horse racing track and its parking lots if they didn't want to take away from the stadium. It's also worth noting that Metlife has over double the seating capacity of Sam Boyd Stadium. Assuming costs to FELD aren't much higher, that's a far more profitable venue.

The Instagram freakout was predictable but I'm a huge fan of this. I'll almost certainly be there next year.

Since I don't flip out at the slightest change I'm gonna say that more two-show weekends is a good thing. It means Monster Jam is doing well in those markets and they're confident in the attendance figures.
