Why Wont ROR Let Me Open My Downloads Or Use Truck Downloads?

Hey Im new to the world of monster trucks in ROR and i had a quick question. When i download something from this website and paste into the packs section of the ror file, the game will show its there, but will always crash when i try and choose the map or a single truck? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
