Walk through of getting a track in game?

I watched the tutorials but I still cannot get my track to show up in game... The cars are there, floating in mid air, sideways. But other than that its a blank map.

 

Could someone help me out?

I've got it in game, but only the cars show up, The ground I put them on and the 'dirt' part to the jump are not there.

You have to select the jumps and ground and unwrap them, and texture them.

You have to texture it to see it in-game?

Yes. When you generate a new plain, it has never had a previous texture, so it won't even show up untextured ingame.
